THERAPY SESSIONS
60 min Initial Assessment

This includes a thorough discussion to find out the how’s, wheres and why’s. A solid objective assessment analysing movements functionally and on the treatment bed, with treatment and a plan of what to do before the next session.
60 min follow up session

Here we recap the important bits after the above, review the progress made and push on with further treatment or more challenging exercises to get you back where you want to be.
These sessions may include graston, dry needling, cupping and taping if needed.
30 and 60 min Sports Massage with Ben Jeynes

To assist with your training needs, iron out the inflexibility’s you may have and keep you training well.
